2. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
To ensure your premium scratch art kits, delicate bookmarks, and professional tools are packed securely to prevent any scratches or bending during transit, every order undergoes a strict fulfillment process.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Good news for our customers! For standard orders shipped to the US and UK, import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are typically pre-handled through our logistics line, meaning you will NOT incur unexpected charges upon delivery.
However, if any localized state/country customs fees are randomly applied under rare circumstances, the recipient will be responsible for these charges. GoSunHow is not liable for custom delays or localized clearance taxes.

5. Damages, Missing Items & Aviation Compliance
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our packaging is heavily reinforced with high-density protective material to avoid bending or any tool damage during transit.
* Aviation Compliance Note : To comply with international air cargo safety laws and guarantee the fastest delivery line to the US & UK, liquid correction fluids are strictly excluded from our kits. While the product's outer box may still list it, please note that your 6-piece physical tools and gift bag are 100% complete inside.
* If your artwork arrives severely bent, torn, or damaged, please take clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging/product and contact us at support@gosunhow.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We process orders quickly, so address changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package remains unclaimed at your local post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
