REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at GoSunHow. We want you to be completely satisfied with your mindfulness journey. Because we specialize in delicate landmark scratch art kits shipped directly from our fulfillment center, we have established the following clear guidelines for returns and refunds.
#### 1. 30-Day Return WindowYou have *30 days* from the date you receive your package to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your scratch art bundle must be in the same condition that you received it: *unopened, unused, uncompleted, and in its original premium packaging*. 

Please note: Due to the delicate nature of scratch sheets, we cannot accept returns for kits that have already been partially scratched or used.
#### 2. Return Shipping CostsAs a light-asset boutique brand utilizing direct-to-consumer fulfillment, *customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs* to our designated return center. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
#### 3. Damaged or Defective ItemsWe take quality control seriously so your metallic sheets never arrive bent or scratched. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing the dedicated stylus pen, please contact us immediately at support@gosunhow.com within *48 hours of delivery* with:1. Your order number.2. Clear photos of the damaged item and the outer shipping package.
We will gladly arrange a brand-new replacement for you completely free of charge.
#### 4. Refund ProcessOnce your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal) within *5-7 business days*.
